The Philippine Coast Guard issued the following Notice to Mariners in connection to Exercise Pagbubuklod 2011

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0911-202

2. The Philippine Navy Fleet will conduct Fleet Training Exercise “Pagbubuklod 2011” on September 27 to 29, 2011 at vicinity Manila Bay up to Luzon Sea West off Corregidor Island. Gunnery Exercise will be conducted at vicinity 15.3 Nautical Miles Southwest off Luzon Point, Mariveles Bataan on September 29, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
