Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0911-030

2. The Philippine Navy vessel PS74 will conduct Naval Gun Test Firing on October 13, 2011 from 8:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. at vicinity Sulu Sea or at the following coordinates:
